  • What are we willing to give up and compromise to be in a relationship? 

  • What are some obstacles that can become problems in a relationship? 

  • What are expectations brought into relationships? 

  • What gives value to relationships? 

  • Why the need to recognize value and worth in a relationship? 

  • Why do we need to explore our self-worth and self-value? 

  • How do you identify worth and value? 

  • How do we bring out the value and worth?

WEEK 2: INVESTMENT  

  • What does it mean to invest? 

  • Why should a relationship be a business?  

  • Are couples considered partners in the business of a relationship?  

  • How do we avoid intimations? 

  • How do we identify the need to grow the relationship?  

  • Tools to keep investing.  

 

WEEK 3: UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF AND YOUR PARTNER/SPOUSE  

  • Why must we understand each other’s strengths and not focus on weaknesses? 

  • The need to understand personality and characters. 

  • Understanding insecurities and the negative impact they can have. 

  • Understanding how the lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem can affect the relationship? 

  • Accepting mistakes, past adverse history, bad habits, and wrongdoing and putting closure to it. 

  • The need to create a new memory card.  

  • Accepting imperfections, flaws and weaknesses. 

  • Understanding mental health, including OCD and perfectionism.

WEEK 5: WHAT A MAN WANTS AND A WOMEN NEEDS 

  • What is the difference between a need and a want? 

  • What is the difference between men's wants and women's needs? 

  • How do we meet each other in the middle? 

  • How do we compromise and compliment? 

  • How do we fulfil each other’s goals, dreams, and visions? 

  • How do we address issues and challenges in a relationship? 

WEEK 6: CONFLICT RESOLUTIONS 

  • How do you address challenging relationship questions without getting upset or taking them personally?  

  • How do you address the pebble in your shoe? 

  • Addressing the elephant in the room (examples, lies, infidelity, emotional affairs, past relationships with the opposite sex, etc.)? 

  • Addressing icing (being cold, walking away, not addressing the issues, etc.).

WEEK 8: PARENTING EACH OTHER
